Located a few blocks east of the 28th Street Mall in an industrial warehouse at 3550 Frontier Avenue, Sanitas Brewing Co. features a sleek indoor taproom and recently expanded, 8,000-square-foot patio abutting railroad tracks, and of course, top-notch brews.
What we love about Sanitas:
- Its new beer-garden style patio space, which can seat up to 200 customers, in part beneath a zigzagged awning stretched across steel cables. We especially love its outdoor service bar, dubbed The Nest!
- The gorgeous view of the Flatirons from Sanita’s buzzy backyard patio.
- Its great selection of home-brewed beers, including its well-known Sanitas IPA and its delicious Raspberry Deluge, a sour ale named for the Boulder floods in 2013 and aged in an oak barrel.
