Torchy’s Tacos opens in Boulder!

Austin, Texas-born Torchy’s brings Tex-Mex — and world-class queso — to Boulder

Roughly six months after announcing plans to launch in Boulder, Austin, Texas, breakfast taco legend Torchy’s Tacos officially opened today in Boulder at 28th Street and Pearl Street!

Of course, breakfast tacos are not just for breakfast. While it doesn’t have the local flavor of homegrown taquerias Tierra y Fuego, McDevitt Taco Supply, T/ACO or Mojos, Torchy’s queso is legendary.
