Perched at the south end of downtown between Rio Grande and T/ACO, Boulder’s first European-style food hall serves up eight unique restaurants and two bars in the 6,829-square-foot space purchased in 2015.
Owned by the same group that owns the Boulder Theater, Rembrandt Yard and the Fox Theater, Rosetta Hall’s vibe mixes upscale elegance with a rich history in entertainment and an artistic incubator process, helping chefs get started on their own.
What we love about Rosetta Hall:
- The variety of cuisine, from Persian to Italian and a classic Brooklyn Breakfast.
- Its attention to aesthetic detail and design, including the hanging geometric light fixtures which contain high-tech bulbs connected to a software system that change color and project images.
- Friday and Saturday dance nights when workers remove the tables and a DJ sets up on the back staircase! (Sadly, due to Coronavirus, dance nights are postponed until further notice.)
